About ROAR
ROAR Consulting was born from my journey through rejection and broken identity. For years, I believed lies—until God showed me the truth. That transformation became my life's work: helping others silence lies and embrace their authentic voice.
What began as coaching for women revealed a truth: the lies we believe as adults often root in childhood. I watched mothers heal while wanting to protect their children from the same pain.
I created "I Am Special, I Am Loved," a children's coloring book that became our best-seller. Parents were searching for tools to help children build confidence rooted in God-given identity.
Through 28 years in K-12 administrative leadership as a strategic advisor to school leaders, I recognized the gap: faith-based communities need comprehensive SEL program. My experience shaped ROAR Character Kids™.
Our approach: Rise, Overcome, Affirm, Reclaim. Through stories, movement activities, and practical resources, we equip educators and parents to nurture confident children who understand their worth—because God says so.

At ROAR Consulting, our mission is to affirm voices across generations—starting with children. We equip educators, parents, and ministry leaders with faith-integrated social-emotional learning tools.
